Tom Daniel, CLU - Co-Founder, Chairman
As the chairman of The Benefits Group, Tom is responsible for the long-term vision and company strategy. He also manages individual services. He is a past president of the Atlanta CLU and ChFC Chapter and a trustee with the Georgia State University foundation. Tom holds a bachelor of science from Georgia Tech and an MBA with an emphasis in insurance from Georgia State University.

Todd Gordon - President
As president of The Benefits Group, Todd is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as building relationships with and educating clients. Todd helps business owners assess their business insurance needs and design comprehensive benefits packages. He holds a bachelor of arts from Indiana University and a masters in public health from the University of Illinois. Todd is involved with the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce as well as Leadership North Fulton.

Elyse Kellert, RHU - Co-Founder, Vice President
As a co-founder of the firm, Elyse has worked with our clients for more than 20 years to develop and implement cost-effective employee benefits programs. She is a past president of the Atlanta Association of Health Underwriters and has a bachelors' degree from the University of Florida.

Kara Crist, RHU - Benefits Consultant
A 20-plus-year veteran of the human resource and employee benefits industry, Kara works in the trenches with our clients to answer their day-to-day service questions. She is also responsible for collecting quotes and preparing personalized proposals for our customers. Before joining our team, Kara worked in benefits and human resources for several medium-sized firms. She holds an associates degree from Wichita State University and is a member of WEB-Benefits Professionals and National Association of Health Underwriters.

Rosemary Svela – Account Executive
Rosemary provides sales support and service to our group and life insurance clients. Prior to joining The Benefits Group, Rosemary spent 18 years providing service of health, dental, and life insurance for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.
